1. General conditions:

- For all customers who have advertised in Ho Chi Minh City Yellow Pages & White Pages 2007, their companies’ names, addresses, phone numbers will be listed free of charge in Yellow Pages web site.

- Customers advertising in Yellow Pages directory 2007 with size F4U, R6U, F6U or upper 8U, then in Yellow Pages web site, the advertisements will be the same as ones in the Directory.

- Customers advertise in Ho Chi Minh City Yellow Pages & White Pages 2007, after one month since completion date of advertisement approval & payment of 50% contract value will be displayed free of charge in yp.com.vn web site until December 30, 2006.

- To December 30, 2006, customers who settle the rest 50% of contract value will be existing in yp.com.vn web site until May 31, 2007.

- Customers’ advertisements will be deleted if they cancel the contracts.

- Customers' advertisements in www.yp.com.vn are designed by Vietnam Telephone Directory and Yellow Pages 2 Joint Stock Company, customers will check theirs displayed ads in yp.com.vn web site for accuracy, content, etc. & comment immediately to Yellow Pages if errors arise.

- 50% discount of advertising fee in yp.com.vn for customers who register to advertise on book Ho Chi Minh City Yellow Pages & White Pages 2007
